My name is Ale Rambar, I’m from Costa Rica. Gender, tolerance, respect among us and respect for the planet. Those are the main topics of my work. These ideas are represented by human bodies analysed topographically, as if they were mountains, valleys or rivers. My technique is based on three-dimensional compositions made with layers of paper. Each piece is cut separately, layer by layer and then assembled by hand. For the realization of each work I use the digital knowledge developed through my training as an architect, applied to create pieces with social content.
